Walking and Daily Movement: What the Science Says About Low-Intensity Activity

In recent years, there has been growing interest in how small amounts of regular movement can influence long-term health outcomes. Walking while working: a growing research interest

Several small studies suggest that slow walking does not significantly impair concentration for routine tasks and may even improve perceived energy levels and alertness.
